I am a non-VAT registered person

In the following text, I will be referred to only as the “trainer.”

Session Scheduling

  • Sessions are always scheduled in advance via the website or Google Calendar, in any available time slot that suits you.
  • Sessions take place on Google Meet. You will receive the meeting link after booking.
  • A regular session lasts 55 minutes. The trial session lasts 30 minutes.
  • Sessions end at the agreed time and cannot be extended.
  • You need a camera and a reliable internet connection.

    • The trainer supports and encourages you, but your participation is your own responsibility.

What’s Included:

  • trainer-guided 1:1 online sessions
  • Immersive content library: presentations, podcasts, videos, and worksheets.

Trial session

  • Each person can have one free 30-minute trial session.
  • To book it, contact the trainer via the website form or by email. The trainer will offer you available time slots.
  • If you have previously had sessions with the trainer through another company (e.g. Learnlight, Preply or TLC), the free trial session does not apply.
  • The trial session is for getting to know each other, discussing your needs and goals, and explaining how the sessions work.

After trial session

  • After the trial session, you can decide whether the match feels right for you. If you decide not to continue, the trainer will be grateful if you share why — it helps improve future matching.
  • There is no automatic follow-up after the trial session. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch.
  • You can then buy a single session, a pack of 4 sessions or a pack of 10 sessions, and book them via Google Calendar or the website.

Late arrival

  • If you are going to be late, please let the trainer know. The trainer will wait for you, but the session still ends at the scheduled time and is charged in full.
  • If you do not join within 15 minutes of the start and have not informed the trainer, the session is forfeited and the trainer does not have to wait any longer.

Cancelling a session

  • You can cancel a session free of charge at least 24 hours before it starts, via Google Calendar or the communication channel agreed with the trainer (e.g. email or WhatsApp).
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, or do not attend, the session is forfeited.
  • If 3 sessions from a pack of 4, or more than 6 sessions from a pack of 10, are forfeited, all remaining booked sessions in that pack are forfeited as well.
  • If you know in advance that you cannot attend on certain dates, please tell the trainer when booking.
  • Unused, forfeited or late-cancelled sessions are not refunded.

Validity, breaks and replacement sessions

  • Purchased sessions and vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • If you need a break, your unused sessions can be kept for up to 3 months. After that, they are forfeited.
  • A session cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be rescheduled as a replacement session at a time that suits both you and the trainer.
  • In case of serious illness, serious family or personal reasons, or a longer holiday, an individual arrangement is possible — for example, pausing the course or scheduling replacement sessions.
  • Replacement sessions that are not used within 3 months are forfeited.

Price, currency and invoices

  • Current prices are listed on the website and are always stated on the invoice.
  • The trainer issues an invoice for every payment and sends it by email. Once paid, it serves as proof of purchase.
  • Payments are accepted in CZK and, in some cases, in EUR. The currency, and the conversion at the current exchange rate where relevant, is always stated on the invoice.

Payments

  • Payment methods: bank transfer to a Czech bank account, Wise or Revolut.
  • Packs must be paid in full before the first session of the pack.
  • Single sessions are paid according to the invoice. If the first invoice is not paid on time, the booked sessions are cancelled and the time slots are released to other students.
  • There are NO REFUNDS on unused or last minute (less than 24 hours in advance) cancelled sessions.

When Your Trainer Cancels

  • If the trainer cannot hold a session, she will let you know as soon as possible and arrange a replacement session at no extra cost.

Ending Sessions

  • If you decide to stop your sessions, please let the trainer know clearly and, if you’re happy to, tell her why. Your feedback helps keep the sessions at a high standard.

Students responsibility

  • Your progress depends on your commitment and participation. It is up to you to make use of the materials and opportunities offered. The trainer is not responsible for whether you use them and does not guarantee specific results.

Online products, webinars and courses

  • After payment, the product is delivered to the email address you provided or made available as a download.
  • Right of withdrawal: consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once delivery begins, provided you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent when completing your order.
  • If a product is defective (e.g. the file cannot be opened), contact the trainer and she will fix it or send you a new copy.

Security and Copyright Protection

  • Products sold or shared by the seller via the online interface (such as video courses, webinars, e-books), including their content, are protected by copyright law. Any distribution, copying, or provision to third parties without the author’s consent is prohibited. Authorisation to use the copyrighted work may only be granted to the customer on the basis of a licence agreement. The customer is liable to the seller for any damage caused by violating the rights protecting the copyrighted work.
  • The buyer undertakes to refrain from any conduct that could harm the good name of the seller, especially the publication of false information or unfair evaluations of their services. The buyer also undertakes to refrain from any unfair competition, including discouraging potential customers from purchasing the online course. In the event of a breach of this obligation, the buyer shall pay the seller a contractual penalty of CZK 20,000.

Complaints and disputes

  • Complaints can be sent to [email protected]. The trainer will respond without undue delay, and at the latest within 30 days.
  • Consumers can use out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), www.coi.cz.
  • These terms are governed by Czech law. This does not deprive consumers of the protection provided by the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

Final provisions

  • By booking your first session or paying for sessions, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
  • The trainer may update these terms. The version valid at the time of your purchase applies.
  • These terms are effective from 16.09.2026.
