FAQs
How will I get my e-books?
Right after your payment, you’ll receive an e-mail with a download link for every e-book you bought, and your invoice. The link is valid for 30 days and can be used up to 5 times.
Can I buy more e-books at once?
Yes! Add everything you like to your cart and pay for all of it in one payment. You’ll get one e-mail with all your download links and one invoice.
Which format should I choose?
Choose Print (A4) if you like to print and write by hand, Tablet if you’ll read on an iPad or other tablet, and Computer if you’ll study on a laptop. All formats have the same content. You can change the format in your cart before you pay.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay or online bank transfer. Payments are processed securely by the Comgate payment gateway — I never see your card details.
Can I share it with a friend?
The e-book is for your personal use, and your name, e-mail and order number appear on every page. If a friend would like a copy, please send them here. Teachers who want to use it with their students can ask me for a teacher’s licence.
Can I get a refund?
Digital content is delivered immediately, so the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download starts (you confirm this when ordering). If the file is defective, I’ll send you a corrected one or refund you. Details are in the Terms & Conditions.
