Delivery

• E-books are digital products (PDF). There is no shipping and no delivery fee. Right after your payment is confirmed, you receive an e-mail with your e-books attached as PDF files, together with your invoice.
• If the e-mail does not arrive within 1 hour, please check your spam folder and then write to [email protected]. I will send you the e-books again.
• Lessons take place online on Google Meet. You receive the meeting link with your booking.

Payment

Online payments are processed by the payment gateway of Comgate, a.s. (www.comgate.eu). Prices are in Czech crowns (CZK) or euros (EUR). I never see your card or bank details – you enter them only in the secure Comgate gateway.

Payment methods

• Payment card (Visa, Mastercard) – after you click “Pay”, you are taken to the secure Comgate payment page. Enter your card number, expiry date and CVC and confirm the payment in your bank’s app or with a code from your bank (3-D Secure). How card payments work
• Bank button (online bank transfer) – on the Comgate payment page choose your bank, sign in to your internet banking and confirm the pre-filled payment. How bank-button payments work

After a successful payment you are returned to my website and the e-mail with your e-books and invoice is sent automatically.

Lesson packages are paid by bank transfer, Wise or Revolut based on the invoice you receive by e-mail; packs are paid before your first session.
